§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop at www.HDsports.run.

(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is concluded with

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following provisions apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering process provided in our online shop.

The order is placed in the following steps (the process depends on the selected payment method)

1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by placing an order, accepting the terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions. For external payment methods, such as PayPal or GooglePay, it is possible to proceed directly to the payment completion via the payment provider after confirming the General Terms and Conditions.
3) Entry of data and address
4) Selection of the shipping method
5) Selection of the payment method
6) Binding completion of the order via the payment method

Before submitting a binding order, the consumer can return to the website where the customer's details are recorded by clicking the “Back” button in the Internet browser they are using after checking their details and correcting any input errors, or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by means of an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We will send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The prices quoted include statutory sales tax and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added during the ordering process.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance, by direct debit, PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate shipment. Shipping and delivery will take place within 10 days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall only pass to the buyer upon delivery of the item, even in the case of mail order purchases.

§5 Retention of title

We retain title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
