A truly great book offering an exciting mix of Kipchoge’s career story, along with many insights into his training, nutrition, race strategy, and lifestyle. I especially liked that the insights were presented in a way that allows recreational athletes to benefit from them as well. For example, the detailed breakdown of his training week tailored for recreational runners is definitely very helpful for my own marathon training. A great book for all runners...
An exceptionally well-written biography with many quotes and interesting excerpts from his training and training environment.
An incredibly exciting biography with lots of informative insights, even for us mere mortal amateur runners ;)
A very comprehensive biography with interesting details. A few pictures would have been nice, but that’s probably for legal reasons…?
Super exciting and superbly written, with lots of interesting insights even for us amateur runners.
It’s a very good read.
An interesting book, though unfortunately it doesn’t have any pictures.
