How does the anti-corona run work?

Very easy:

1. You complete a running session over one of the competition distances. Important: The session must be tracked via GPS (using a running watch or...) Running app), so distance and time are measured.
2. Then you go to this page and fill in the information under " Enter your result in the form with your performance.

That's it! Your performance is now included in the results of the Anti Corona Run.

Walking and Nordic walking are also permitted.

When does the Anti Corona Run take place?

Anytime, 24/7. That means you can run your competition whenever and wherever you want.
