Predetermined distances. Ideally, you should do it when you can enjoy the sunrise while running. The Good Morning Run is open-ended, meaning you can complete it on any day of the year.

Is walking and hiking also allowed?
Yes, walking, Nordic walking, and hiking are also permitted. We even have a separate category for these activities. Wheelchair users are also welcome to participate.

Can I register multiple runners with one registration?

Yes, simply increase the number of orders. Your colleagues can then also enter their results via the link sent to you and download or print their certificate or bib number.

Where do I enter my result?
We will send you the link to the runner portal within 48 hours of completing your order. In the runner portal, you can enter your results, view live results, and print your certificate and bib number. You don't have to commit to just one distance; you can enter results for more than one.

When will I receive the medal?
We will send you your medal within 2 weeks of completing your order.

Until when can I register?
Our medals were produced exclusively for the Good Morning Run. Registration will close as soon as all medals are sold out. We recommend registering quickly, as you can, of course, enter your result later at any time.
